[origin: WO8203787A1] The pacemaker comprises a circuit (10) for formatting pulses, which is connected to the input of the input amplifier (5) so as to obtain, by the shortening of received stimulation pulses, a more rapid release of the input amplifier overloaded by those stimulation pulses in order to allow the amplifier to amplify the intracardiac signals.

Le stimulateur cardiaque comporte un circuit (10) de mise en forme d'impulsions connecte a l'entree de l'amplificateur d'entree (5), afin d'obtenir, par le raccourcissement des impulsions de stimulation recues, une liberation plus rapide de l'amplificateur d'entree surcharge par ces impulsions de stimulation, pour lui permettre d'amplifier des signaux intracardiaques.
