Abstract (en)
In a device for winding a web (W) onto a winding core (16), the web (W) runs in a rising manner from a delivery conveying means (1, 1a, 2) through between two winding rollers (5, 6) to a winding core (16). The winding of the beginning of the web (W) onto the winding core (16) is effected by means of winding members (7, 8) which engage with the beginning of the web (W) until the latter is wound on to such an extent that free further winding is possible. For the purpose of feeding the winding cores (16), a store (21, 21a) for the winding cores (16) and a pivoting arm (23), which is arranged between the store (21, 21a) and the winding rollers (5, 6), are provided, by means of which arm individual winding cores (16) are transferred from the store (21, 21a) to the winding rollers (5, 6). The winding operation can then begin. All the operations take place automatically. The device is especially suited for the winding-on of floor coverings such as carpets. <IMAGE>

In einer Vorrichtung zum Aufwickeln einer Warenbahn (W) auf einen Wickelkern (16) läuft von einer Zuführ-Fördereinrichtung (1, 1a, 2) die Warenbahn (W) aufsteigend zwischen zwei Wickelwalzen (5, 6) hindurch zu einem Wikkelkern (16). Das Aufwickeln des Anfangs der Warenbahn (W) auf den Wickelkern (16) erfolgt mittels Wickelorganen (7, 8), die mit dem Anfang der Warenbahn (W) solange in Eingriff kommen, bis dieser soweit aufgewickelt ist, daß ein freies Weiterwickeln möglich ist. Zum Zuführen der Wickelkerne (16) sind ein Speicher (21, 21a) für die Wickelkerne (16) und ein zwischen dem Speicher (21, 21a) und den Wickelwalzen (5, 6) angeordneter Schwenkarm (23) vorgesehen durch den einzelne Wickelkerne (16) von dem Speicher (21, 21a) zu den Wickelwalzen 5, 6) überführt werden. Anschließend kann der Wickelvorgang beginnen. Alle Vorgänge erfolgen selbsttätig. Die Vorrichtung ist insbesondere für das Aufwickeln von Fußbodenbelägen, wie Teppichen, geeignet.
