In a drink container (2) especially a bottle, a suction tube (4, 6, 10, 12), constructed in particular as a drinking straw, is arranged inside the filled, sealed drink container (2). The top end of the suction tube is arranged either in the container opening in such a way that it can be gripped and pulled out after the container (2) has been opened or the suction tube (6) is connected to a power store (8) which moves the top end (9) of the suction tube out of the container opening when the container (2) has been opened, or the suction tube (10, 12) receives a lifting force in the product (1) which guides its top end out of the container opening at the latest after the container (2) has been opened. In the case of a carbonated product, this lifting force is increased as a result of the pressure drop after opening due to the fact that bubbles (14) of gas acting as floating bodies rest on the surface of the suction tube or, if the suction tube consists of a porous plastic, it undergoes an expansion in volume. The suction tube can advantageously be introduced into the container before, at the same time as or even after the filling operation. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Getränkebehälter (2), insbesondere einer Flasche, ist ein insbesondere als Trinkhalm ausgebildetes Saugrohr (4, 6, 10, 12) innerhalb des gefüllten, verschlossenen Getränkebehälters (2) angeordnet. Das obere Saugrohrende ist entweder in der Behälteröffnung so angeordnet, dass es nach dem Öffnen des Behälters (2) angefasst und herausgezogen werden kann, oder das Saugrohr (6) ist mit einem Kraftspeicher (8) verbunden, der nach dem Öffnen des Behälters (2) das obere Saugrohrende (9) aus der Behälteröffnung herausbewegt, oder das Saugrohr (10, 12) erfährt spätestens nach dem Öffnen des Behälters (2) im Füllgut (1) einen Auftrieb, der sein oberes Ende aus der Behälteröffnung herausführt. Dieser Auftrieb wird bei einem kohlesäurehaltigen Füllgut infolge des Druckabfalles nach dem Öffnen dadurch erhöht, dass sich an der Saugrohroberfläche als Schwimmkörper wirkende Gasbläschen (14) anlagern bzw., wenn das Saugrohr aus einem porenhaltigen Kunststoff besteht, dieses eine Volumsausdehnung erfährt. Das Saugrohr kann vorteilhaft sowohl vor, gleichzeitig mit oder auch nach dem Einfüllvorgang in dem Behälter eingebracht werden.
