Abstract (en)

The invention relates to a self-contained, open-air, post-mounted lighting fixture (1), operating with the aid of an energy source consisting of a device (2) which converts solar energy directly into electricity. The device (2), which can be oriented towards the sun by hand or automatically, makes it possible to charge an accumulation device (15) during the day. The energy thus stored serves to supply an optical unit (18) consisting of a light source (20) and of a reflecting means (R); the light produced is concentrated in the form of sheets in various specified zones. A self-contained post-mounted fixture (1) according to the invention permits the lighting of specified zones whilst preserving, with satisfactory independence, the notion of ambient lighting. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une borne autonome (1) d'éclairage en plein air, fonctionnant à l'aide d'une source d'énergie constituée d'un dispositif (2) convertisseur direct de l'énergie solaire en électricité. Le dispositif (2) orientable vers le soleil manuellement ou automatiquement, permet le jour de charger un dispositif (15) d'accumulateur. L'énergie ainsi stockée sert à alimenter un bloc optique (18), constituée d'une source de lumière (20) et d'un moyen réfléchissant (R); la lumière produite est concentrée sous forme de nappes dans différentes zones délimitées. Une borne autonome (1) selon l'invention permet l'éclairage de zones délimitées en conservant avec une autonomie satisfaisante, la notion d'éclairage ambiant.
