1. A window closing device mounted in a panel (3) comprising an outer facing (5), the said closing device comprising a fixed frame, an inner opening leaf (9) and optionally an outer opening leaf (10), characterised in that the posts (13) and the upper crosspiece (14) comprise means (19) for collecting, channelling and circulating the seepage water at the joint (20) of the fixed frame (7) and facing (5), the said means (19) being associated with means (21) for evacuating the said seepage water outside and forming part of the lower crosspiece (15).

L'invention concerne une fermeture pour croisée. Cette fermeture comprend un châssis dormant, un ouvrant intérieur et éventuellement un ouvrant extérieur. Elle est caractérisée par le fait que les montants (13) et la traverse haute (14) comportent des moyens (19) de recueil, canalisation, circulation de l'eau d'infiltration à la jonction (20) du châssis (7) et du parement (5) d'ouvrant extérieur (10), dans sa position de fermeture est associé de façon au moins substantiellement hermétique à l'air avec les montants (13) et la traverse haute (14) du châssis (17) et de façon non hermétique à l'air et à passage limité avec la traverse basse (15). Application à une maçonnerie.
