[origin: ES8400819A1] An apparatus for building up and repairing a refractory lining of an industrial furnace by means of a rotary disc centrifugally throwing particulate refractory material against a portion of the lining to be repaired comprises a horizontal row of hollow bolts with bores to spray water into an inlet conduit of annular cross section whereby the material passing through the conduit to the disc will be uniformly wetted. Wiper elements in the conduit prevent jamming of the material therein and finely divided compressed gas is blown in the inlet funnel that supplies the material to the conduit.

Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbauen und Ausbessern der feuertesten Auskleidung von industriellen Öfen und heißgehenden Gefäßen durch gezieltes Aufschleudern von gekörntem feuertestem Material besitzt eine in einer horizontalen Ebene drehbare Schleuderscheibe (2) mit lotrechter Welle (1) und, ringförmig zu dieser angeordnet, zur Materialzufuhr einen Trichter (5) mit heb- und senkbarer Absperrglocke (14), eine sich nach unten kegelförmig erweiternde Leitung (4) und verstellbare, den Materialdurchgang regelnde Schieber (27). Zur gleichmäßigen Benetzung des Materials und zwecks Verhinderung von Verstopfungen durch Materialansatze sind in der Leitung (4) in mindestens einer horizontalen Reihe hohle Bolzen (24) mit Bohrungen (26) zur Wassereindüsung angeordnet, an der Innenseite der Leitung (4) sowie gegenüberliegend über einen Kegel (3) an der Welle (1) Abstreifelemente (35, 36, 44, 45) befestigt und im Bereich der Absperrglocke (14) eine gegen das Innere des Trichters (5) durch eine poröse Abdeckung (19) begrenzte, an eine Druckgasquelle anschließbare Ringkammer (18') angeordnet.
