Abstract (en)
The invention relates to the making of marks on a composite product, i.e. made of a matrix with wires embedded in it, the matrix being in particular plaster, and the wires glass. It provides a method consisting essentially in spraying onto the product to be marked at least one jet of a fluid at a pressure at least equal to that which will degrade the matrix but less than that which will attack the wires embedded in the matrix. It also provides a device for carrying out the method, this device essentially comprising one or more nozzles directed towards the product and supplied with a fluid, in particular water, under pressure. It allows marks to be obtained that may or may not cross the product, according to choice, marks that cross it being particularly suited to forming fold lines with a view to making non-flat construction panels. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne la réalisation de marques sur un produit composite, c'est-à-dire formé d'une matrice et de fils noyés dans la matrice, la matrice étant notamment en plâtre et les fils en verre. Elle propose un procédé consistant essentiellement à projeter sur le produit à marquer, au moins un jet d'un fluide sous une pression au moins égale à celle qui dégrade la matrice, mais inférieure à celle qui attaque les fils noyés dans la matrice. Elle propose également un dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé, ce dispositif comportant essentiellement une ou plusieurs buses dirigées vers le produit et alimentées en fluide et en particulier en eau, sous pression. Elle permet d'obtenir des produits des marques traversantes ou non traversantes selon le choix, les marques traversantes étant particulièrement adaptées pour constituer des lignes de pliage en vue de la fabrication de panneaux de construction non plans.
