1. A device for the portional formation of soap lather comprising of a storage container (V) for an aqueous soap solution, a soap solution metering pump (3) and a compressed air diaphragm pump (9) which are actuatable by a single lever, the pump having a diaphragm piston (14) and return spring (12), and a mixing chamber (8) for the formation of lather, characterized in that the compressed air diaphragm pump (9) is constructed so as to be double-acting (figure).

Bei einer Einrichtung zur portionenweisen Bildung von Seifenschaum, welche insbesondere in öffentlichen Waschräumen Verwendung findet, wird durch einen einzigen Hebel (1) eine Seifenlösungs-Dosierpumpe (3) und Druckluft-Membranpumpe (9) betätigt. Die Druckluft bildet aus der dosierten Menge Seifenlösung in einer Mischkammer (8) einen Schaum, welcher nach einer Homogenisierung an einer Austrittsöffnung (A) zur Verfügung steht. Durch eine doppelt wirkende Ausbildung der Druckluft-Membranpumpe (9) erfolgt ein Ausblasen des Seifenschaums aus der Austrittsöffnung (A), so dass ein Eintrocknen verhindert und somit die Betriebsbereitschaft des Geräts erhöht ist.
