Abstract (en)
1. A switch contact arrangement consisting of two stripshaped contacts (5, 26) which are movable relatively to one another in their longitudinal direction and act on one another, and one of which is substantially rigid and the other is resiliently initially stressed in the contact-making direction, the rigid contact (5) comprising at least one longitudinal slot (8) and a web (51; 52; 53) of insulating material which projects beyond the contact plane and is provided with inclined approach and run-off surfaces and which is situated opposite the resilient contact (26) in the off position, characterised in that the web (51; 52; 53) of insulating material is a fixed component of a contact holding means (50) which supports the rigid contact (5) at its back, the longitudinal slot (8) being completely filled with an insulating compound which does not, however, project into the closing region of the contact surfaces.

Um die Fertigung von Schaltern mit zwei in ihrer Längsrichtung gegeneinander relativ beweglichen, sich flächig beaufschlagenden streifenförmigen Kontakten, von denen der eine im wesentlichen starr und der andere in Kontaktgaberichtung federnd vorgespannt ist, billiger, einfacher und universeller anwendbar zu machen, wird der starre Kontakt (5) mit einem, dem maximalen Schalthub entsprechenden Längsschlitz (8) versehen, der je nach zugedachter Schaltfunktion in seinem vorderen oder seinem hinteren Bereich von einem die Kontaktebene überragenden Isolierstoff-Steg (51, 52, 53) durchdrungen ist.
