[origin: WO8204233A1] The platform comprises a body (1) having a density less than one, said body (1) carries a loading (6, 7, 27) and is connected to anchoring means (9) at the sea bottom (11) by mechanical tension linking means (12) so that it is totally immersed when in operation. The upper structure comprising the body (1) and its loading (6, 7, 27) have a positive buoyancy even when the loading reaches its maximum rated mass. Taking into account foreseeable lateral efforts (L) and the water depth ($i(h)) on the site , the body (1) is dimensioned so that the upward thrust (T) is sufficient to prevent the lateral drift ($i(d)) from exceeding a value considered as the maximum admissible value. La plate-forme comprend un corps (1) de densite inferieure a l'unite, ce corps (1) porte un chargement (6, 7, 27) et est relie a des moyens d'ancrage (9) au fond de l'eau (11) par des moyens de liaison sous tension mecanique (12) de facon qu'il se trouve en service totalement immerge. La structure superieure comprenant le corps (1) et son chargement (6, 7, 27) ont une flottabilite positive meme lorsque le chargement atteint sa masse maximale prevue. Les moyens de liaison (12) sont une attache unique ou plusieurs attaches paralleles. Compte tenu des efforts lateraux previsibles (L) et de la profondeur de l'eau (h) sur le site, le corps (1) est dimensionne de facon que la poussee ascendante (P) soit suffisante pour que la derive laterale (d) n'excede pas une valeur consideree comme la valeur maximale admissible. Utilisation en particulier pour le forage ou le captage d'energies diverses.
