Abstract (en)
The arm (2) of the frame (1) of the spinning device, which carries the winder (3) laterally, is offset relative to the axis of the other arm. The flange of the bobbin (7) has a blind hole at its centre. The supporting stand of the spinning device is formed from two vertical parts (8) joined to an upper crossmember (9), to two cylindrical crossmembers (10) and to the low part of the protective sleeve of the motor (11). It is supported by four removable feet (14) fastened to the stand by means of bolts (40). The crossmembers (10) also serve for the articulation of the protective covers of the spinning device and for the engagement of the supporting beams (18) of the twisting appliances, for forming hanks and for filling the bobbins and cops. These beams are immobilised by a cone clamped by a screw. The electric motor is fastened to the board (38) which slides in the guide cavity (49). The twisting device formed from a vertical frame (19), two pegs and two spindles (33) locked by the pin (34) carries the bobbins (20) and (21). The hanking device is formed from a star (23) with three branches, one of which is broken in order to carry an expansion arm (35). The appliance for filling the cops is fitted in one of the cross- members (10) by means of the offset axle carrying the bearings of the device. <IMAGE>

Le bras (2) du cadre (1) du dispositif de filage, qui porte latéralement l'enrouleur (3), est décalé par rapport à l'axe de l'autre bras. La joue de la bobine (7) comporte en son centre un trou borgne. Le bati-support du dispositif de filage est formé de deux parties verticales (8) assemblées à une traverse haute (9), à deux traverses cylindriques (10) et à la partie basse de la gaine de protection du moteur (11). Il est supporté par quatre pieds amovibles (14) fixés au bati par des boulons (40). Les traverses (10) servent aussi à l'articulation des capots de protection du dispositif de filage et à l'emboitement des longerons support (18) des appareils à retordre, à mettre en écheveau et à remplir les bobines et canettes de métier à tisser. Ces longerons sont immobilisés par un cône serré par une vis. Le moteur électrique est fixé sur la plaquette (38) qui coulisse dans l'empreinte de guidage (49). Le dispositif de retordage formé d'un cadre vertical (19), de deux goujons et de deux broches (33), verrouillées par l'ergot (34), porte les bobines (20) et (21). Le dispositif de mise en écheveau formé d'une étoile (23) à trois branches dont l'une est rompue pour porter un bras détendeur (35). L'appareil à remplir les canettes s'adapte dans l'une des traverses (10) par son axe excentré portant les roulements du dispositif.
