Sei einer Schwingrinne mit Fluidisiereinrichtung zur Trennung eines Schüttgutgemisches unterschiedlicher Dichte in Fraktionen mit im wesentlichen gleicher Dichte, insbesondere zur Abscheidung eines brennbaren Gemisches aus Kohle, Pyrit und Bergen, wobei die Schwingrinne eine gasdurchlässige Gutauflage sowie eine Gutzuführung und an den beiden Enden Gutabführungen aufweist, wobei die schwere Fraktion des Schüttgutes auf der Schwingrinne in einer Richtung gefördert wird und die leichte Fraktion fluidisiert wird und über der schweren Fraktion in der anderen Richtung abfließt, soll die Trennung von leichten und schweren Gutteilen weiter verbessert werden. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Gutauflage (5) am Austragsende (6) für die schwere Fraktion gasundurchlässig ist und daß in und/oder vor diesem Bereich mindestens eine Querwand (7, 7', 7") zum Rückstau von über der schweren Gutschicht befindlichen Schüttgutteilen vorgasehen ist.
