Date Dec. 23, 1982.A closure panel assembly, such as windows, doors, a partition wall and the like, comprising a planar member secured in a profiled frame which is mounted for movement with respect to a complementary profiled fixed frame, such as a casing, against which it sealingly bears, in a closed position, to an aeration position being produced by exposing the profiled frame from the sealing position. There is provided in the aeration position an aeration gap between the profiled frame and the profiled fixed frame, on the side area of which there is disposed a flexibly sealing and/or noise-damping and/or fireproof material. The aeration gap between both frames in cross section has a serpentine path, wherein at least in the narrowest aeration position in the area between a first section open toward one side of the frames and orientated in the direction of movement of the profiled frame, and a third section open toward the other side of the frames and orientated in the same direction, and at least one intermediate section orientated oppositely to said direction of frame movement.

Panneau d'obturation tel que fenetre, porte, cloison, comprenant sur son pourtour un cadre profile (1b) qui est monte mobile par rapport a un cadre fixe profile (1a), par exemple un chambranle, contre lequel il s'appuie de facon etanche ou s'en ecarte en position d'aeration. Dans cette derniere position est menage entre les cadres (1a) et (1b) un espace (17) delimite par un materiau souple, etanche et/ou anti-bruit et/ou parefeu. Vu en coupe par rapport aux deux cadres (1a) et (1b), l'espace d'aeration (17) presente un trace sinueux qui comprend, au moins dans la position d'aeration minimale, entre deux troncons (17a et 17e) ouverts respectivement vers l'une et l'autre faces des cadres (1a, 1b) et orientes dans le sens d'ouverture (30) du panneau, au moins un troncon (17c) oriente en sens inverse.
