1. Electromotor-driven pumping unit consisting of a vane-cell pump having a housing and with two medium channels for supplying and removing the pressure medium, the housing of the vane-cell pump being fastened to the housing of an electric motor by means of an adapter part and one medium channel opening into the interior of the adapter part, characterized in that the closed-off interior (19) of the adaptor (15) is connected via at least one through-orifice (24) to the interior of the housing of the electric motor (2).

Es wird ein elektromotorisch angetriebenes Pumpaggregat vorgeschlagen, das aus einer ein Gehäuse, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, aufweisenden Flügelzellenpumpe (1) mit zwei Mediumkanälen (22, 23) zur Zu- und Abführung des Druckmediums besteht und vorzugsweise für die Betätigung einer Zentralverriegelungsanlage in einem Kraftfahrzeug dient. Das Gehäuse der Flügelzellenpumpe ist mittels eines vorzugsweise ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehenden, im wesentlichen rohrförmigen Adapterteils (15) am Gehäuse eines Elektromotors (2), etwa an dessen lagerschildartigen Stirndeckel (17) befestigt. Der eine Mediumkanal (22) mündet in den Innenraum (19) des Adapterteils (15), der dadurch gewissermaßen als Schalldämpferkammer dient.
