[origin: WO8300181A1] Frame (5), particularly intended for fire-proof doors (1) and preferably made of steel profile. The said frame (5), which is intended to be fitted in an opening (3), particularly a wall opening (3), has an abutment shoulder (13) which is adapted to a closing element (1), such as a door (1) or the like. The frame (5) comprises in addition at least one fixing arrangement which is designed to be fixed on at least one edge (3A) of the opening (3) intended for the frame (5), and adapts thereto. With the invention it is possible to fix a frame in an opening simply and accurately without the need for any special work to be carried out on the opening. The said fixing arrangement comprises at least one adjustable fixing device (14) which extends along the opening plane of the opening (3) and bridges the distance between the frame (5) and the edge (3A) of the opening, and which can be locked to the said edge (3A) of the opening so as to hold and support the said fixing device (14) and the frame (5) in the desired position in the opening (3).

Dormant (5) destiné notamment à être utilisé dans des portes résistant au feu (1) et composées de préférence d'un profilé en acier. Ce dormant (5), qui est destiné à s'adapter dans un jour (3), notamment un jour d'une paroi (3), possède une épaule d'appui (13) qui s'adapte à un élément de fermeture (1), tel qu'une porte (1) ou analogue. Le dormant (5) comprend en outre au moins une fixation qui est destinée à être montée sur au moins un bord (3A) du jour (3) destiné au dormant (5) et à s'y adapter. La présente invention permet de fixer un dormant dans un jour aisément et de manière précise sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'exécuter des travaux spéciaux dans le jour. La fixation comprend au moins un dispositif de fixation (14) qui s'étend le long du plan d'ouverture du jour (3) et enjambe la distance entre le dormant (5) et le bord (3A) du jour, et qui peut êter fixée au bord (3A) du jour de manière à maintenir et à soutenir le dispositif de fixation (14) et le dormant (5) dans la position désirée dans le jour (3).
