Ein hohler Handgriff (1), der einerseits an einen Wasserschlauch (2) angeschlossen ist und der andererseits mit einer fluidischen Reinigungs- und/oder Massagevorrichtung, insbesondere einer Munddusche, einer Gesichtsreinigungsbürste oder einem Protesenreinigungsgerät verbindbar ist, besitzt einen Dosierraum oder nimmt einen separaten Dosierbehälter (9 auf. In dem Dosierraum bzw. in dem einsetzbaren Dosierbehälter befindet sich ein Wirkstoff. Der Dosierraum bzw. der Dosierbehälter kann mit einer Vorrichtung versehen sein, durch die eine kleine, insbesondere einstellbare Menge des Wirkstoffes an den durch den hohlen Handgriff (1) geleiteten Wasserstrom abgegeben wird. Der Wirkstoff kann fest oder flüssig sein. Feste, schwerlösliche Wirkstoffe sind vorzugsweise stäbchenförmig ausgebildet und sind in einen entsprechend angepaßten länglichen Dosierbehälter (9) einsetzbar, der entsprechend der gewählten Losungsmenge des Wirkstoffes eine bestimmte Anzahl von Löchern (14, 14') aufweist, an denen der Wasserstrom in dem Handgriff (1) vorbeigeleitet wird. Handelt es sich um einen flüssigen Wirkstoff, so kann er von dem Wasserstrom aus dem Dosierbehälter bzw. dem Dosierraum abgesaugt werden. Zur Erhöhung der gesamten Auflösungszeit eines Wirkstoffstabchens (11) in einem Handgriff (1) kann es austreichend sein, in den Boden des Handgriffes eine Stromungsleitscheibe einzusetzen, die das ausstromende Wasser von der unteren Stirnfläche des Wirkstoffstäbchens abhält und es in den freien Ringraum zwischen der Innenwand des Handgriffes (1) und dem Wirkstoffstäbchen leistet. leistet.
