1. A device for the distribution of air from the ceiling zone of a cool storing room having a guide casing suspended rotatingly around an approximately vertical axis, with at least one box-type annex (22) projecting horizontally from the circumference of the casing and being provided with blow profile sections (24), characterized in that the guide casing is linked as a running wheel (19) of a blower (20) with a drive and that it is fixed in the ceilling zone (3) of a maturation chamber for meat and sausages with the blow profile section (24) being provided at least at the side walls (23) of the annex (22).

Eine Vorrichtung zum Konditinieren der Luft in kühlen Aufbewahrungsräumen für Lebensmittel, insbesondere in Reifungskammern für Fleisch- und Wurstwaren, mit wenigstens einem Gebläse, soll bei einfacher Montage und Wartung ein optimales Kondtionierverhalten anbieten. Hierzu führt eine im Deckenbereich (3) des Aufbewahrungsraumes (4) angeordnete Konditioniervorrichtung (10) mit drehbar angetriebenem Laufrad (19) und an diesem etwa horizontal angebrachtem Blasquerschnitt (24, 28). Letzterer wird von wenigstens einer Ausnehmung gebildet, welche in der Front- und/oder Seitenwandung (25 oder 23) eines Luftrohres (22) angebracht ist, wobei bevorzugt vom Umfang (18) des Laufrades (19) mehrere solcher Luftrohre (22) etwa radial unter Verjüngung ihres Querschnittes abragen.
