Abstract (en)
The unit has a box (1) which is U-shaped in plan view and constructed as a hollow profile having a thermal insulation packing. This box contains a cylinder (12), on which the roller shutter or blind member (2) is wound and guide rails (3) for said member being mounted on its arms (13b, 13c). Fixed on the roller shutter or blind member are tensioning bands (6) which are wound onto a cylinder (4) running along the upper margin of the box web and thus serve for pulling up or lowering the roller shutter or blind member. Located on either side of the cylinder (12) on which the roller shutter member is wound are tensioning springs (15) which effect the rolling up of the roller shutter member. This results in a cost saving both in manufacture and installation. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Baueinheit hat einen in Aufsicht U-förmigen Kasten (1), der als Hohlprofil mit Thermoisolierfüllung ausgebildet ist. Dieser Kasten enthält eine Welle (12), worauf das Rolladen- oder Jalousieorgan (2) aufgewickelt wird, und auf seinen Schenkeln (13b, 13c) sind Führungsschienen (3) für dieses aufgesetzt. Am Rolladen- oder Jalousieorgan sind Zugbänder (6) befestigt, welche auf eine längs des Oberrandes des Kastensteges verlaufende Welle (4) aufgewickelt werden und so dem Hochziehen oder Absenken des Rolladen- oder Jalousieorgans dienen. Beidseits der Welle (12), auf welche das Rolladenorgan aufgewickelt wird, befinden sich Spannfedern (15), welche das Aufrollen des Rolladenorgans bewirken. Es ergeben sich kostensparende Fertigung und kostensparender Einbau.
