To this effect, the appliance has a box (2) provided with a first tight seat (19), a tubular column (15) with a second tight seat (22), connected to the box and extending up to the vicinity of the opening, facing the wall of the mantel inside the barrel, as well as a ventilation annular body (5) which operates freely with a pusher device (8) in a first opening position to form an inner stream path between an inner space (9) of the pusher and the inner space (10) of the tubular column and an outer path separated from the first stream between an outer space (11) of the pusher and outlet openings (3) distributed in the box, in the inner surface of the barrel, with a relatively smaller cross section area. In a second opening position, a relatively bigger cross section area is obtained between the outer space of the pusher and filling openings (12) provided in the box as a stream outer path instead of the first stream or as a supplement.

Les tonneaux a manipuler presentent, dans la region du manteau, une plaque de bonde (1) pourvue d'une ouverture (18). L'accessoire doit etre reutilisable et permettre une manipulation intensive et automatique de tels tonneaux. A cet effet, l, accessoire presente un boitier (2) pourvu d'un premier siege etanche (19), une colonne tubulaire (15) avec un second siege etanche (22), reliee au boitier et s'etendant jusqu'a proximite de l'ouverture, en face de la paroi du manteau a l'interieur du tonneau, ainsi qu'un corps annulaire de ventilation (5) qui agit librement avec un dispositif de poussoir (8) dans une premiere position d'ouverture pour former un parcours interieur de courant entre un espace interieur (9) du poussoir et l'espace interieur (10) de la colonne tubulaire et un parcours exterieur separe du premier courant entre un espace exterieur (11) du poussoir et des ouvertures de sortie (3) reparties dans le boitier, dans la surface interieure du tonneau, de section comparativement plus petite. Dans un deuxieme position d'ouverture, une section comparativement plus grande est obtenue entre l'espace exterieur du poussoir et des ouvertures de remplissage (12) menagees dans le boitier comme parcours exterieur de courant a la place du premier ou en complement.
