Abstract (en)

Prefabricated slabs for the construction of buildings comprise vertical slabs having a male fitting 113 of square cross-section at the top of the slab and may have a female cavity 114 equipped with a flat fitting 113 at the bottom of the slab; as well as floor slabs 200 which for their part have a cavity which is open at one edge and on both sides of the slab and wherein is situated a U-shaped fitting 201. During the assembling operation, the male fitting is inserted into the U fitting 201 and then into the female cavity 114 whilst being held fast by the flat fitting 113. These fittings are then welded together, and the next floor may be installed without any delay. The cavities are then filled with a fluid mortar which protects the fittings against corrosion. <IMAGE>

Les panneaux verticaux comportent une ferrure mâle (313) de section carrée en tête de panneau, et une cavité femelle (114) munie d'une ferrure plate (113) en pied du panneau. Les panneaux de plancher comportent eux-mêmes une cavité (203) qui débouche sur un chant et sur les deux faces du panneau, et dans laquelle se trouve une ferrure en U (201). Lors de l'assemblage, la ferrure mâle (313) vient s'engager dans la ferrure en U (201), puis dans la cavité femelle (114) en étant retenue par la ferrure plate (113). On soude alors ces ferrures, et l'on peut monter le niveau suivant. On remplit ensuite, sans limitation de délai, les cavités d'un mortier fluide qui protège les ferrures contre l'oxydation. On peut ainsi construire des immeubles préfabriqués de plusieurs étages.
