1. A domestic electric cooking oven comprising a muffle (1) in which are mounted at least on upper heating element (11a, 11b), at least one lower heating element (14), an air circulating fan (4) provided in a rear wall of the muffle (1), a heating element (6) placed in the current of air from the fan (4), air directing means (8) adapted to orient the air blown by the fan in accordance with substantially horizontal streams in the chamber defined by the muffle (1), and an electric switching device (A to G) for selectively connecting said heating elements and said fan to an electric power supply, characterized in that said switching device (A to G) comprises a given position (d) in which given position it is capable of connecting said heating element (6) associated with the fan in series with the upper heating element(s) (11a, 11b) while connecting each of the fan (4) and said lower heating element (14) to said supply in parallel with said serially connected elements.

Four électrique de cuisson domestique, comportant un moufle (1) dans lequel sont montés au moins un élément de chauffage de voûte (11a,11b), au moins un élément de chauffage de sole (14), une turbine de circulation d'air (4), prévue dans la paroi arrière (3) du moufle (1), un élément de chauffage (6) placé dans le courant de circulation d'air de la turbine (4), un moyen (8) de canalisation d'air agencé pour orienter l'air pulsé par la turbine selon des veines à peu près horizontales dans la cavité du moufle (1), ainsi qu'un dispositif de commutation électrique pour la mise sous tension sélective desdits éléments de chauffage et de ladite turbine, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de commutation comporte une position (d) dans laquelle il est capable de brancher ledit élément (6) de chauffage de turbine en série avec le ou les éléments (11a, 11b) de chauffage de voûte, tout en mettant sous tension ladite turbine (4) et ledit élément de chauffage de sole (14).
