Abstract (en)
The container closure has a foldable cap (6) which has a projecting gripping tab (10) and can be opened up from its engaged closing position into the opening position by gripping under said gripping tab. In order to achieve a constructionally advantageous and effective closure safeguard, a so-called child-proof safeguard, a locking hook (20) is proposed which additionally secures the foldable lid (6) and which can be brought into the release position by displacement in a direction perpendicular to the opening path of the foldable cap (6) counter to its elastic prestress, and the actuation surface (BF) of which lies set back in relation to the actuation surface (GBF) of the gripping tab (10). The difference thus provided in the actuation direction of the foldable cap (6) and the locking hook (20) and the different location of these parts do not allow a brief opening attempt to be successful. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälterverschluß mit Klappdeckel (6), welcher eine vorstehende Griffahne (10) besitzt und durch Untergreifen derselben aus seiner verrasteten Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung aufklappbar ist und schlägt zur Erzielung einer baulich vorteilhaften, wirksamen Verschlußsicherung, einer sogenannten Kindersicherung einen den Klappdeckel (6) zusätzlich sichernden Verriegelungshaken (20) vor, welcher entgegen seiner elastischen Vorspannung durch Verlagerung in einer zum Offnungsweg des Klappdeckels (6) senkrechten Richtung in die Freigabestellung bringbar ist und dessen Betätigungsfläche (BF) zurückversetzt liegt zu der Betätigungsfläche (GBF) der Griffahne (10). Die hierdurch gegebene Verschiedenheit der Betätigungsrichtung von Klappdeckel (6) und Verriegelungshaken (20), dazu die Ortsverschiedenheit dieser Teile lassen einen flüchtigen Öffnungsversuch scheitern.
