The invention relates to an arrangement for the rapid and homogeneous capacitive heating of a conductive fluid material (17) with a relatively high dielectric constant, the arrangement having a multi-layer capacitor consisting of capacitor plates (12) connected to a radio-frequency generator (13), and walls (10a), which are arranged adjacent thereto and parallel to their inner side, of an electrically insulating material with a relatively low dielectric constant, between which walls (10a) the material (17) which is to be heated is retained, an air gap (16) being provided in each case between the walls (10a) and the capacitor plates (12), the width of the air gap (16) being set to match the capacitance of the multi-layer capacitor for the optimum generator performance. The arrangement can be used for the manufacture of blanks for building materials. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur schnellen und homogenen kapazitiven Erwärmung eines leitfähigen, flüssigen Materials (17) mit relativ hoher Dielektrizitätskonstante mit einem Mehrschichtkondensator aus an einen Hochfrequenzgenerator (13) angeschlossenen Kondensatorplatten (12) und hierzu benachbart und parallel an deren Innenseite angeordneten Wänden (10a) aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material mit relativ niedriger Dielektrizitätskonstante, zwischen denen das zu erwärmende Material (17) aufgenommen wird, wobei zwischen den Wänden (10a) und den Kondensatorplatten (12) jeweils ein Luftspalt (16) vorgesehen ist, dessen Breite in Abstimmung der Kapazität des Mehrschichtkondensators auf die optimale Generatorleistung eingestellt ist. Die Einrichtung kann zur Herstellung von Rohlingen für Baumaterialien verwendet werden.
