[origin: WO8300457A1] A Mold Box (2) for molding a ceramic die having spaced heating wires embedded therein. Removable rod supports (18) support rods (16) which extend into close relationship to the mold surface in the mold box (2). Rods (16) support heater rods (6) in space relation to the mold surface. Removable tapered plugs (12) hold heater wires (6) in the end walls (8, 10) of mold box (2). Rods (16) are withdrawn after heating wires (6) have been covered with ceramic material. Additional ceramic material is added to give the desired die thickness.

Une boîte à moule (2) est destinée au moulage d'une matrice en céramique ayant des fils électriques espacés de chauffage noyés à l'intérieur. Des supports de tiges amovibles (18) supportent des tiges (16) qui s'étendent en relation de proximité par rapport à la surface du moule dans la boîte à moule (2). Les tiges (16) supportent des tiges chauffantes (6) en relation espacée par rapport à la surface du moule. Des bouchons coniques amovibles (12) maintiennent les fils électriques chauffants (6) dans les parois extrêmes (8, 10) de la boîte à moule (2). Les tiges (16) sont retirées après que les fils chauffants (6) ont été recouverts avec un matériau céramique. Un matériau céramique supplémentaire est ajouté pour donner l'épaisseur désirée à la matrice.
