Abstract (en)
[origin: US4500560A] In this process comprising fluidizing the enamel powder in a fluidization vessel by blowing air in the bottom of the latter, steam is also introduced in the vessel in the course of the fluidization. The relative humidity is adjusted in the vessel to a value between about 15 and 45% in respect of a temperature in the vessel of between about 20 DEG and 30 DEG C. A steam boiler (12) is connected to the fluidization vessel (1) for this purpose.

Dans ce procédé consistant à fluidiser la poudre d'émail dans un bac de fluidisation (1) par insufflation d'air dans le fond de celui-ci, on introduit de la vapeur d'eau dans le bac au cours de la fluidisation, et on régle l'humidité relative dans le bac à une valeur située entre 15 et 45% environ pour une température dans le bac située entre 20 et 30°C environ, un générateur (12) de vapeur est relié au bac de fluidisation (1).
