[origin: WO8300612A1] Extraction-filtration device wherein a material to be extracted is contacted with an extraction liquid, whereafter the residue is separated from the liquid by filtration-centrifugation. According to the invention, the filtration is carried out through the joining of a lower conical element (1) and an upper conical element (2) rotatingly driven at 6000 revolutions per minute. The ejection of coffee grounds is done through the opening of the conical elements (1, 2), the grounds being blown towards the outlet of a volute (119) and then into a container provided to this effect. The devices comprises a locking and a system for rising or lowering the casing of the filter which are particularly appropriate.

Dispositif d'extraction-filtration dans lequel une matière à extraire est mise en contact avec un liquide d'extraction, après quoi le résidu est séparé du liquide par une filtration-centrifugation. Suivant l'invention, la filtration est réalisée au travers de la jointure d'un élément conique inférieur (1) et d'un élément conique supérieur (2), entraînés en rotation à 6000 tours/minute. L'éjection du marc s'effectue par l'ouverture des éléments coniques (1, 2), le marc étant soufflé vers la sortie d'une volute (119) et ensuite dans un récipient prévu à cet effet. Le dispositif comporte un verrouillage et un système de montée ou de descente de l'enceinte du filtre particulièrement avantageux.
