Abstract (en)
During the inking of a flat screen stencil (4), the main doctor blade (1) or any doctor blade is to be followed, directly after scraping, by a subsequent doctor blade (3) which immediately covers the scraped screen of the screen stencil (4) again evenly with ink or the like. It is thus achieved that the screen stencil (4) is never scraped completely free in the individual operating strokes which could lead to the stencil image becoming blocked. It is achieved that the surface of the stencil cannot dry out. The subsequent doctor blade (3) can be raised in the vertical direction and the main doctor blade (1) can operate alone solely for a washing operation which may have become necessary to remove dirt or other contaminations from the screen. A special movement mechanism can also be provided for the subsequent doctor blade (3) in the horizontal direction. This subsequent doctor blade (3) can be integrated in the doctor blade arrangement 123 but it can also be moved separately. Abstract (de)
Bei der Berakelung einer ebenen Siebschablone(4) soll der Hauptrakel (1) bzw. überhaupt der Rakel folgend direkt nach der Abrakelung eine Nachrakel (3) geführt werden, die das freigerakelte Sieb der Siebschablone (4) sofort wieder gleichmäßig mit Farbe od.dgl. bedeckt. Damit wird erzielt, daß die Siebschablone (4) in den einzelnen Arbeitshüben niemals völlig freigerakelt liegt, wodurch das Schablonenraster verstopfen könnte. Es wird erzielt, daß es nicht zur Abtrocknung der Oberfläche der Schablone kommen kann. Ausschließlich für einen notwendig gewordenen Waschvorgang zur Entfernung von Schmutz oder sonstigen Verunreinigungen im Sieb kann die Nachrakel (3) in vertikaler Richtung angehoben werden und die Hauptrakel (1) allein arbeiten. Auch in horizontaler Richtung kann ein besonderer Bewegungmechanismus für die Nachrakel (3) vorgesehen werden. Diese Nachrakel (3) kann in die Rakelvorrichtung 123 integriert sein, aber auch gesondert geführt sein. Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn sie mit einer Vorrakel zusammenarbeitet.
