The device has a web (5) which is attached to the inside lateral surface (4) of the ski (1) and the edge (8) of the ski which is directed towards the track (7) is flush with the plane of the running surface (9) of the ski (1) or is set back by a slight amount (z). It is thus achieved that the web (5) is not in the way when the ski (1) lies flat on the track (7). However, if the ski (1) is inclined towards the track (7), the edge (8) penetrates with its cutting edge (11) into the track (7) and prevents slipping on an icy track (7). <IMAGE>

Eine solche Vorrichtung weist einen auf der innenliegenden Seitenfläche (4) des Skis (1) befestigten Steg (5) auf, deren gegen die Fahrbahn (7) gerichtete Kante (8) zur Ebene der Lauffläche (9) des Skis (1) bündig ist oder um ein geringes Mass (z) zurückliegt. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass der Steg (5) nicht stört, wenn der Ski (1) glatt auf der Fahrbahn (7) liegt. Ist jedoch der Ski (1) zur Fahrbahn (7) geneigt, dringt die Kante (8) mit ihrer Schneide (11) in die Farhbahn (7) ein und verhindert ein Abrutschen auf einer vereisten Fahrbahn (7).
