Abstract (en)
1. A device for blocking the access, particularly for individual parking spaces, including a bow with two colinear separate shafts secured in the ground by anchoring straps and connected with its upper portion to a sliding guide formed by two tubes (3, 4) of differing diameters telescopically slidable one within the other, characterized in that it is formed by two independent bows (1, 2) connected to one another at their lower portions by two colinear separate shafts (8) and at their upper portions by a sliding guide consisting of two tubes (3, 4), said two colinear separate shafts (8) secured in the ground by two anchoring straps (3) and said bows being connected to one another at their upper portions by said sliding guide consisting of two tubes (3, 4) of differing diameters slidable one within the other such that the arrangement, once locked, is capable of performing a rotation permitting movement through 180 degrees relative to the shafts, which are colinear with the point of contact of one of said bows with the ground, while said arrangement fully retains its function and usefulness.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif assurant le blocage d'accès (parkings divers, voies diverses etc..) Ce dispositif est réalisé en tubes cintrés en forme de triangle ou rectangle (1) (2) reliés à leur base par deux axes (8) sur lequel est soudé un fer plat (9) fendu en partie inférieure et destiné à être ancré dans le sol, servant de scellement. Ces arceaux (1) (2) sont en partie supérieure reliés par un coulisseau formé de deux autres tubes (3) (4) percés et usinés de manière à recevoir un barillet (11) un cadenas ou tout autre fermeture classique. Une fois vérouillé l'ensemble peut effectuer une rotation de 180° tout en gardant sa fonction et son utilité.
