A motor is provided for driving a gear pump which transfers the oil from a supply tank to the pressure chamber between the cylinder and the lifting piston. One of the pinions of the gear pump is directly coupled to the electromotor shaft, and the second pinion rotates idly through its coupling to the first pinion. There are appropriate ductings between the gear pump and the pressure chamber and also between the pressure chamber and the oil supply chamber, to provide the hydraulic drive circuit.

Eine Hubvorrichtung (4) besitzt eine zylindrische Kammer (10), in der ein Kolben (11) als eigentliches Hubelement angeordnet ist. Eine Zahnradpumpe wird vorzugsweise von einem als Gleichstrommotor für eine Betriebsspannung von 12 Volt ausgebildeten Elektromotor (2) angetrieben, um Öl von einem Zuführbehälter (21) in eine dem Hubkolben zugeordnete Druckkammer (12) zu fördern. Die Zahnradpumpe besitzt zwei ineinander greifende Ritzel (3, 7) von denen das eine direkt auf der Motorwelle angebracht ist. Diese Hubvorrichtung ist besonders für die Verwendung bei einem Fahrzeug ausgebildet, bei dem die fahrzeugeigene Batterie mit einer Spannung von 12 Volt als Energiequelle für den Elektromotor herangezogen werden kann.
