1. Holder for a hand belt grinder for stationary operation, with an angled frame in which the hand belt grinder can be removably fixed and of which the arms (2, 3) each from a standing surface (2a, 3a) and wherein the first arm (2) which forms the standing surface (2a) for vertical operation is so constructed that when the hand belt grinder (14) is fitted, it does not protrude beyond the horizontal working surface (E-E) formed by the grinding belt, characterised in that the arms (2, 3) are at a right-angle to each other and in that at the free end of the first arm (2) there is pivotably attached the workpiece support plate (18) which engages around the working face (E-E) of the grinding belt.

Es wird eine Halterung für einen Handbandschleifer beschrieben, mit der es möglich ist, mit dern Handbandschleifer stationär sowohl in einer vertikalen als auch in einer horizontalen Arbeitsstellung zu arbeiten. Die von einem Winkel (1) gebildete Halterung ermöglicht eine praktische Handhabung und eine einfache Fixierung des Handbandschleifers auf der Halterung und erlaubt eine Festlegung mit nur einer Schraube. Der Winkel (1) ist so beschaffen, daß seine Teile nicht in die von der Schleifbandfläche gebildete Ebene ragen, so daß das Schleifen auch von großflächigen Werkstücken ohne Behinderung durch die Halterung möglich ist.
