Ein Zündkerzenstecker, in welchem die elektrische Leitung zwischen den Anschlußkontakten zur Verbindung mit dem Zündverteiler einerseits und der Zündkerze andererseits durch eine Funkenstrecke unterbrochen ist, deren Länge ein Mehrfaches des Elektrodenabstandes an der Zündkerze, vorzugsweise etwa 3 mm beträgt.
