Abstract (en)
The hand-operated press has a box for accommodating material for pressing which is arranged on a base plate and can be swivelled about 180<o>. Placed onto the material for pressing is a flat press insert provided with holes which is matched to the cross-section of the box and is pressed by means of a press lever into the basic form. The base plate is provided with holes in the region of the non-swivelled box. According to the pressing operation, for the automatic ejection of the pressed and formed material the box is swivelled against an ejection clip arranged on the extension of the base plate.

Die Handpresse zur Herstellung von brikettförmigem Brennmaterial weist einen auf einer Grundplatte angeordneten, um 180° verschwenkbaren Kasten zur Aufnahme von Pressmaterial auf. Auf das Pressmaterial wird ein auf den Querschnitt des Kastens abgestimmter flacher und mit Löchern versehener Presseinsatz gelegt, der über einen Presshebel in die Grundform gepresst wird. Die Bodenplatte ist im Bereich des nicht verschwenkten Kastens mit Löchern versehen. Nach dem Pressvorgant wird der Kasten zum selbsttatigen Ausstossen des verpressten und geformten Materials gegen einen auf der Verlängerung der Bodenplatte angeordneten Ausstossbügel verschwenkt.
