Abstract (en)
The cartridge spout (1) is placed on the outlet of a cartridge after the cartridge tip has been removed. The spout is to be of non-leaking design. A sealing piston (5), which is mounted so as to be movable in the direction of the spout axis (7), is to be inserted in the spout body (2), the outer contour of said sealing piston resting in a sealing manner on the inner contour of the spout body in the closed position. In this case, the tip of the sealing piston (5) projects as a spike (6) through the spout tip (3). During application, the spout is opened by external pressure on the spike (6) and thus by displacement of the sealing piston (5). At the end of the application, the spout is closed in a non-leaking manner by forward movement of the piston (5) by dropping freely or by the internal pressure in the cartridge (Figure 1). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es wird eine nach dem Abtrennen der Kartuschenspitze auf den Ausgang einer Kartusche aufzusetzende Kartuschendüse (1) beschrieben. Die Düse soll nachlauffrei ausgebildet werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird in den Düsenkörper (2) ein in Richtung der Düsenachse (7) beweglich gelagerter Dichtkolben (5) eingesetzt, dessen Außenkontur sich in der Schließstellung dichtend an der Innenkontur des Düsenkörpers anlegt. Die Spitze des Dichtkolbens (5) ragt dabei als Dorn (6) durch die Düsenspitze (3) hindurch. Beim Applizieren wird die Düse durch Außendruck auf den Dorn (6) und damit durch Verschieben des Dichtkolbens (5) geöffnet. Bei Beendigung des Applizierens wird die Düse durch Vorschub des Kolbens (5) durch freien Fall oder durch den Kartuscheninnendruck nachlauffrei verschlossen.
