Abstract (en)
The plant comprises at least one essentially plane support (11) equipped with a recess (14), a tie guide (13) defining a closed path extending around this recess, means for inserting the wall of the coil in the recess of the support (11), means for securing and end of the tie near to the wall of the coil, at a fixed point (C), means for attaching the tie to the tie guide (13) at a point situated in the vicinity of the fixed point (C), means for driving this attachment point (34) for the tie along the closed path defined by the tie guide (13), means for cutting the tie not far from the aforementioned fixed point and for fixing together its free ends. The tie guide (13) moves over a route defined by at least one oblong guiding element. The tie guide (13) consists of a chain which is composed of identical links (20), each link having a guiding set comprising a pin (22), common to the adjacent link, which supports a pulley (23) for guiding the tie and at least one roller (24). <IMAGE>

Une installation pour le ligaturage de bobines de fil, comprend au moins un support sensiblement plan (11) muni d'un évidement (14), un guide-lien (13) ?définissant ? un parcours fermé s'étandant autour de cet évidement, des moyens pour engager la paroi de la bobine dans l'évidement du support (11), des moyens pour fixer une extrémité du lien près de la paroi de la bobine, en un point fixe (C), des moyens pour accrocher le lien au guide-lien (13) en un point situé à proximité du point fixe (C), des moyens pour entraîner ce point d'accrochage (34) du lien le long du parcours fermé défini par le guide-lien (13), des moyens pour couper le lien non loin du point fixe précité et pour fixer ensemble ses extrémites libres. Le guide-lien (13) se déplace sur un chemin ?défini? par au moins un élément oblong de guidage. Le guide-lien (13) consiste en une chaîne qui est composée de maillons (20) identiques, chaque maillon présantant un ensemble de guidage comprenant un axe (22), comun avec le maillon adjacent, qui porte une poulie de guidage (23) du lien et au moins un galet de roulement (24).
