[origin: ES8406535A1] A release composition which facilitates the unmolding of bonding materials such as concretes from molds for purposes of pre-fabrication. Methods for facilitating the unmolding of such bonding materials by coating the mold with such release composition, and for casting molded, preformed articles include coating the mold prior to casting in order to facilitate the unmolding operations. The release composition is an aqueous anti-freeze solution containing no petroleum based products. It comprises a combination of at least one active release constituent which may be an organic acid salt, at least one clarifying anti-freeze agent which may be a hydroxyethylether at least one spreading agent which is an ester at least one polyether lubricating agent and water as a solvent medium, in variable proportion according to the desired concentration.

La présente invention a pour objet un produit de démoulage pour des liants hydrauliques tels que par exemple les bétons de pré-fabrication. Le produit de démoulage selon l'invention est constitué par la combinaison d'au moins un principe actif de démoulage, qui peut être un sel d'acide organique, d'au moins un agent clarifiant antigel qui peut être un hydroxy-ethyl-ether, d'au moins un agent d'étalement qui est un ester, d'au moins un agent d'onctuosité qui est un polyether et d'au moins un véhicule qui est de l'eau en proportion variable selon la concentration souhaitée. Le produit selon l'invention est un produit en solution acqueuse non gélif exempte de produits d'origines pétrolières.
