Abstract (en)
In this pump, the control hole (17) first opened at the end of the delivery stroke opens into a transverse hole (19) in the flange piston bush (4) even before the outlet into the pump housing. The impact area of the opening into this transverse hole exhibits an essentially convex surface (23) which deflects the impinging cutback jet in a fanned-out manner, which prevents material from being flushed out at components opposite to the impact area. <IMAGE>

Bei einer Einspritzpumpe für Brennkraftmaschinen mündet die am Ende des Förderhubes zuerst geöffnete Steuerbohrung (17) noch vor dem Austritt in das Pumpengehäuse in eine Querbohrung (19) in der Flanschkolbenbüchse (4). Der Prallbereich der Mündung in diese Querbohrung weist eine den auftreffenden Absteuerstrahl aufgefüchtert ablenkende, im wesentlichen konvexe Oberfläche (23) auf, womit Materialausschwemmungen an dem Prallbereich gegenüberliegenden Bauteilen vermieden sind.
