[origin: US4527141A] A transformer comprising a wound coil former (1) with first and second coil flanges (5) located at opposite ends of the coil former. At least one strip (13) comprising connection eyelets arranged on the first coil flange and connected to winding wire ends (9) emerging from the winding (7). Guide pins (21) are arranged on an edge portion (19) of the second flange which, viewed throughout the surface (17) of the winding (7), is located opposite the flange edge portion (15) of the first flange. The winding wire ends (9) are tensioned around the guide pins and are then guided to the connection eyelets (11) of the connection strip without adhesion.

Transformator mit einem bewickelten Spulenkörper (1), mit Spulenflanschen (5) und mit einer an einem Spulenflansch angeordneten Anschlußösenleiste (13), zu der Anschlußdrahtenden aus dem Wickel der Wicklung herausgeführt sind. An einem Flanschrandteil (19), der über die Oberfläche der Wicklung (7) hinweg einem mit der Anschlußösenleiste (13) versehenen Flanschrandteil (15) gegenüberleigt, sind Umlenkstifte (21) angeordnet, um die herum die Anschlußdrahtenden (9) von den Wickeln, deren letzte Windungen auf die Umlenkstifte hin gewickelt sind, gespannt sind vor dem Hinüberführen zu den Anschlußösen (11) an der Anschlußösenleiste. Um die Umlenkstifte (21) herum sind Führungsbahnen (23) für Drahtführer vorgesehen.
