Abstract (en)
In addition to the stages of die cutting of the upper, of the sole and of the insole in those materials which are suitable for each one, and the fitting of a top band on the upper, the process comprises the following stages: a) edge-to-edge and flat assembly of the rear edges of the upper, with simultaneous fitting of an outer backstrap and, if appropriate, of an inner backstrap; b) assembly of the upper on the insole by means of joining using chain stitch; c) after slipping the product obtained after stage b) on a heating last, gluing of the bottom of the product slipped over this last; d) gluing of the sole; e) pressing of the sole thus glued onto the product slipped over the heating last; f) the article of foot-wear obtained after stage e) is removed. Application particularly to the slipper-making industry.

Procédé pour la fabrication d'un article chaussant et article chaussant obtenu. Ce procédé comprend, outre les étapes de découpe à l'emporte-pièce du dessus, de la semelle et de la première dans les matériaux convenant respectivement ainsi que la pose d'une bordure sur le dessus, les étapes suivantes: a) assemblage bord à bord et à plat des bords arrières du dessus, avec pose simultanée d'une baguette externe et éventuellement d'une baguette interne; b) assemblage du dessus sur la première par jointage au point de chaînette; c) après enfilage du produit obtenu à l'issue de l'étape b) sur une forme chauffante, encollage du dessous du produit enfilé sur cette forme; d) encollage de la semelle; e) pressage de la semelle ainsi encollée sur le produit enfilé sur la forme chauffante; f) on retire l'article chaussant obtenu à l'issue de l'étape e). Application notamment dans l'industrie de la pantoufle.
