[origin: ES8402360A1] A method of manufacturing stamped-out or forged parts made of high-resistance aluminum alloy, in particular those corresponding to the 2000, 6000 or 7000 series of the Aluminium Association. The method, which is applicable to automated, mass-production manufacture, entails quenching the products from the hot deformation heat (T'2) which occurs after reheating the blooms at the homogenization temperature (T1) or the solution heat treatment temperature (T3). The products obtained have uses which are analogous to those of products obtained in a classic manner.

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication de pièces matricées ou forgées en alliage d'aluminium à haute résistance, en particulier ceux correspondant aux séries 2000, 6000 ou 7000 de l'Aluminium Association. Le procédé, applicable aux fabrications automatisées en grande série, consiste à tremper les produits à partir de la chaleur de déformation à chaud (T'2), celle-ci ayant lieu après réchauffage des lopins à la température d'himogénéisation (T1) ou de mise en solution (T3). Les produits obtenus possèdent des caractéristiques d'utilisation analogues à celles des produits obtenus de façon classique.
