Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0092639A2] 1. Stackable large-capacity container, especially silo, with a main part (1) which narrows conically upwardly with an angle of inclination (beta) relatively to the container axis (14) towards a head part (21) comprising especially a filling aperture, and which is welded at the lower end to a container flange (4) serving especially for the fixing of further container parts, for example a discharge hopper (13), characterised in that between the head part (21) and the main part (1) there is interposed a neck part (20) which narrows with an acute angle of inclination (alpha) relatively to the conical main part (1) from a zone (27) of connection with the main part (1) to the zone of connection (24) with the head part (21), and which comprises an aperture adapted to be closed with a closure plate (22) which is adapted to be blasted at least partly out of the neck part (20) when a specific container positive pressure or negative pressure occurs.
