[origin: US4513080A] A photographic recording material consisting of a layer support, at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing gelatine and optionally other gelatine-containing layers which are not light-sensitive contains in at least one of the layers a cross-linked polymer latex on the basis of a low molecular weight carboxylic acid amide. The latex may advantageously be used as a binding agent or for introducing residues of photographically active substances into a photographic layer.

Das photographische Aufzeichnungsmaterial enthält in mindestens einer seiner gelatinehaltigen Schichten einen vernetzten Polymerlatex auf der Basis eines niedermolekularen Carbonsäureamids, der chemisch gebundene Reste eines photographisch wirksamen Mittels enthalten kann. Der Latex kann die Funktion eines Bindemittels übernehmen oder zum Einbringen photographisch wirksamer Mittel in eine Schicht des photographischen Materials verwendet werden.
