[origin: EP0095080A2] The device for sealing the lower door gap on doors comprises a U-shaped housing (201) fixed in a groove on the bottom of the door leaf and in which an elastic sealing lip (205) made of rubber is swivellably mounted. The actuating device for swivelling the sealing lip comprises a control element (207) which is swivelled by striking against the doorframe on closure of the doors, and this causes the sealing lip (205) to be swivelled into its sealing position. <IMAGE>
