In order to simplify the manufacturing and handling of this web of material (5) and also make it more versatile, while retaining at least the same thermal insulating action, it is folded concertina-like and horizontally such that a narrow gap (7, 8) remains between the folded edges (6) and the boundaries (2, 3) of the air gap (4), and it is designed at least on one side as a heat-reflecting surface. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Eine Materialbahn ist bestimmt zur thermischen Isolation in den Luftspalten von Gebäudewänden bzw. deren Teilen. Damit diese Materialbahn (5) bei zumindest gleicher thermischer Isolierwirkung einfacher herzustellen und zu handhaben und zudem vielseitiger einsetzbar ist, ist sie leporelloartig waagerecht derart gefaltet, daß ein enger Spalt (7, 8) zwischen den Faltkanten (6) und den Begrenzungen (2, 3) des Luftspalts (4) verbleibt, und ist sie zumindest auf einer Seite als Wärmestrahlungsreflektionsfläche ausgebildet.
