[origin: WO8302051A1] The refillable case is comprised of a lower shell (1) and an upper shell (2) forming cover, assembled together by a hinge (3). The shells (1, 2) delimit a circular chamber (4) wherein are arranged two piles of refreshing towels (6), substantially of quadractic form, folded according to the shape of a semi-circle. A support member (5), comprised of a plate, is arranged in the middle of the chamber, approximately at the height of the plane of the chamber opening. Each towel (6) is folded and arranged in the chamber (4) so that a triangular portion (6g) of the towel forms its upper face. By drawing on that portion, the latter unfolds from the portion of the towel covered by the plate (5) outside its overlapping, without modifying the position of the towels arranged underneath.
