Abstract (en)
The framework (1) of the bath lift consists of a mounting frame (5), for example for wall mounting, and, connected to this in an articulated manner, a pivoting frame (6). The transport device (2), for example a vertically guided slide (15) with, attached to it, a device (23) for supporting a person, and the drive machine (21) used for raising and lowering it are arranged on the pivoting frame (6). For load compensation, a pneumatic spring arrangement (22) is provided, which supports the slide (15) on the pivoting frame (6). In this way, only a fraction of the otherwise necessary drive force and a correspondingly smaller drive machine are needed. For the swivel movement, articulations (12) suffice which can be arranged at a vertical spacing independent of the slide height, and exceeding the latter, as a result of which bearing and frictional forces are reduced. <IMAGE>

Das Gestell (1) des Badelifts besteht aus einem Montagerahmen (5), z.B. für Wandmontage, und einem mit diesem gelenkig verbundenen Schwenkrahmen (6). Das Transportgerät (2), z.B. ein lotrecht geführter Schlitten (15) mit an diesem befestigter Personentragvorrichtung (23), und die zum Heben und Senken desselben dienende Antriebsmachine (21) sind am Schwenkrahmen (6) angeordnet. Zum Lastausgleich ist eine Gasfederanordnung (22) vorgesehen, welche den Schlitten (15) am Schwenkrahmen (6) abstützt. Dadurch wird nur ein Bruchteil der sonst erforderlichen Antriebskraft und eine dementsprechend kleinere Antriebsmaschine benötigt. Für die Schwenklagerung genügen Gelenkverbindungen (12), die in einem von der Schlittenhöhe unabhängigen und diese übersteigenden vertikalen Abstand angeordnet werden können, womit Lager- und Reibunskräfte reduziert werden.
