1. Continuous process for the preparation of mixtures and in-line dosing of difficulty mixable components, such as for example water and polymers, in which the materials to be mixed are fed into at least one mixing cell, characterized in that both the materials cell provided with a turbine and consisting of a transparent material, whereby a gas or air cushion is formed which initially separates the materials to be mixed which are in the mixing cell fitted with a turbine or prevents direct contact with the dosage points, whereafter the final, intensive mixing takes place in a tubular mixer connected to the mixing cell.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Mischungen und In-Line-Dosierungen schwer mischbarer Komponenten, wie zum Beispiel Wasser und Polymere, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß in einer oder mehreren mit je einer Turbine ausgerüsteten Mischzelle/n, der/denen Mischgüter zugeführt werden, unter Vermeidung einer direkten Berührung dieser Mischgüter eine kontaktlose Zusammenführung über ein Gas-, insbesondere ein Luftpolster, erfolgt, worauf die endgültige intensive Vermischung in je einem an die Mischzelle/n angeschlossenen Rohrmischer erfolgt.
