Abstract (en)
[origin: US4424636A] This buckle fastener for ski boots or other sports footwear comprises a closing wireform adapted to be tensioned by a latch. The latch is pivoted to the end of an arm having its other end pivoted to one boot portion. In the closed position the latch is locked by a hook cooperating with the pivot pin connecting the arm to the boot. Means are provided on the latch for releasing this hook to open the fastener.

Le dispositif comprend une boucle de fermeture (14) tendue par un levier tendeur (1) articulé à l'extrémité (2) d'un bras (4) dont l'autre extrémité est articulée sur une partie de la chaussure. Le levier tendeur (1) est verrouillé en position fermée par un crochet (17) coopérant avec l'axe d'articulation (6) du bras (4) sur la chaussure et il est muni d'un levier auxiliaire (19) pour le dégagement de ce crochet pour l'ouverture du dispositif.
