The transmission case of an industrial vehicle consists of a first element 16 forming a clutch case 4 moulded or formed in one piece with a second element 9 constituting a transmission bevel, with an input shaft 8 and an output shaft 10, both equipped with members for coupling respectively to a first transmission 7 driven by the gearbox 5 of the vehicle and to a second transmission 11 driving at least one engine bridge 12 of the vehicle. The invention is used for the transmission of public transport vehicles where the power unit is overhung at the rear. <IMAGE>

Carter pour transmission de véhicule industriel. Il consiste en un premier élément 16 formant carter d'embrayage 4, moulé ou formé en une seule pièce avec un second élément 9 formant renvoi d'angle de transmission, comportant un axe d'entrée 8 et un axe de sortie 10, tous deux munis d'organes d'accouplement, respectivement à une première transmission 7 entraînée par la boîte de vitesses 5 du véhicule, et à une deuxième transmission 11 entraînant au moins un pont moteur 12 du véhicule. Application à la transmission des véhicules de transport en commun où le groupe motopropulseur est placé en porte à faux arrière.
