Le panneau préfabriqué comprend une armature métallique (1) qui est une ossature en "métal déployé" suivant une structure tridimensionnelle comportant des membrures (6) reliées par des jambages (57, 58, 67, 68) dont les deux extrémités de chacun d'eux restent solidaires de membrures respectivement de rang pair et de rang impair en formant des noeuds de liaison (79, 89), la répartition de ces noeuds, lorsque le métal est plan et non déployé, étant différente de leur répartition en projection sur ce plan lorsque le métal est déployé.
